Garden Center Sales and Service
Cashier/Salesperson - Seasonal/Part-time
We have openings for a Cashier/Salesperson for our Garden Center.
Duties include: cashiering, customer service, sale of nursery stock and other merchandise, answering phones, as well as other duties as assigned. Must have a friendly attitude and good customer service skills. Knowledge of plants and plant care helpful. This position is 18-30 hours per week. Must be available most Saturdays and some evenings, Monday thru Friday - 8am to 6pm. Saturdays 8am to 5pm.
Garden Center Sales Yard Attendant – Seasonal/Full-time
We have an opening for a Garden Center Sales Yard Attendant assisting the Garden Center Manager with customer service and sales.
Duties include: maintaining sales yard for optimum sales, plant care and handling of nursery stock and deliveries. Nursery stock identification, general knowledge of nursery stock care, general maintenance skills are a plus. Position mostly consists of outdoor work. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing. Must be available most Saturdays and some evenings, 8–10-hour days, 5-6 days per week.

Landscape Team
Our Landscape Crews build beautiful outdoor living spaces. We install paver patios, retaining walls, trees, shrubs, perennials, lawn edging, sod, outdoor lighting, water features, fire pits and more! If you enjoy working outside and like the idea of building beautiful yards while receiving lots of customer appreciation, join the team at Green Bay Nursery for a very rewarding career in landscape Construction.
ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE: Ability to perform physical labor (repeated lifting of 50+ lbs). High school graduate preferred. Driver's license required (CDL a plus). Working outdoors for the entire landscape season (approx. March- December depending on seniority). Hours are approximately 45-55 hours per week; Monday - Friday, some Saturdays.
OPEN POSITIONS:
Hardscape Foreman
Responsibilities include: Installation of paver patios, retaining walls, etc. Supervise installers and technicians. Maintain high level of quality control and safety. Communicate effectively with client and designer. Leadership skills a must. Minimum 3 years hardscaping experience required. Other construction experience a plus.
Landscape Foreman
Responsibilities include: Installation of landscape projects. Supervise landscape installers and technicians. Maintain high level of quality control and safety. Communicate effectively with client and designer. Leadership skills a must. Minimum 3 years landscaping experience required. Other construction experience a plus.
Landscape Technician
Responsibilities include: Installation of landscape projects and assisting project foreman in multiple aspects of landscape construction. Must be able to perform tasks without supervision and occasionally supervise landscape laborers. Some landscaping experience required. Other construction experience a plus.
